Assessing your posture can be an essential step towards improving overall well-being. A simple method involves evaluating whether a straight line can be drawn connecting five key points: the ear, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle. If these points align in a straight line, it indicates excellent posture.

Usage Instructions:

1. Prepare a full-body photograph taken from a horizontal angle.
2. Adjust the red markers to the specified anatomical points:
Ear (tragion) Shoulder (acromion point) Hip (greater trochanter) Knee (back of kneecap) Ankle
3. Tap on 'calculate' to view the results:
Total angle: the angle between the blue line and the perpendicular line Neck angle: the angle between the line connecting points 1 and 2 and the perpendicular line Hip angle: calculated as 180 degrees minus the angle formed by points 2, 3, and 4 Knee angle: calculated as 180 degrees minus the angle formed by points 3, 4, and 5
